施設者からの要望：
※文化財(建物)には絶対に影響がないことが前提。
※砂利の復元に注意。→特に砂利と土の混合は避ける。
※作品を見てから実施願いを提出する。
博物館からの要望：
キャプションを廊下に置く→スタンド使用、2つ程度
作業用道具資材→作業用出入り口に置いてよい。

Requirements from the manager:
Please do not make any minor changes for the building.
The pebbles must be recovered after the de-installation. Do no mix them with soil.
Please note that the artwork will be revised (checked) before accepted from the manager. We ask for your kind understanding.
Requirements from the museum :
Please put the caption on the corridor. 2 light stands would be needed.
The exhibitor can put the materials for installation on the backyard entrance
*PLEASE Read For exhibition by the artists from overseas
NOTE1 :
Artist from overseas can start his/her installation or minor preparation from 29th
October. The venue will be cleaned and neatly organized according to the artists’
schedule for installation.
De-installation should be finished before 26th November.
NOTE 2:
‘HONMARU GOTEN of Kawagoe Castle -CourtyardⅠ’ will be the exhibition
place for international artists. We appreciate for your kind understanding.
NOTE 3:
As mentioned above, the exhibitor can put the materials for installation on the backyard space and tools garage.
